Admission Procedure

At Gyan Ganga Genesis Incubation Center (GGGIC), we welcome aspiring entrepreneurs and startups who are ready to take their ideas to the next level. Our admission process is designed to identify promising innovators and provide them with the resources and support they need to succeed.

Step-by-Step Admission Procedure:

  1. Application Submission
    Interested candidates must begin by submitting an online application through our website. The application form requires essential details about your startup or business idea, including:

    • Business concept
    • Stage of development (ideation, prototype, or market-ready)
    • Team structure and expertise
    • Current challenges and future plans
  2. Initial Screening
    Once the application is submitted, our team conducts an initial screening to evaluate the business potential, innovation level, and feasibility of the idea. Startups that demonstrate creativity, scalability, and a strong business model will move forward to the next stage.
  3. Pitch Presentation
    Shortlisted candidates will be invited to present their business ideas to a panel of experts at GGGIC. This pitch presentation allows the founders to explain their concept, showcase progress (if any), and outline their vision for growth. The panel will assess:

    • Innovation and uniqueness of the idea
    • Market potential
    • Team capability
    • Scalability and sustainability
  4. Evaluation & Feedback
    After the pitch, the panel will provide constructive feedback and evaluate the startup’s readiness for incubation. Startups may be asked to refine their business strategy or address specific challenges based on the feedback.
  5. Selection
    Upon successful evaluation, selected startups will receive an official offer to join GGGIC’s incubation program. The selected candidates will be informed via email, and the incubation agreement will be initiated.
  6. Onboarding & Orientation
    Once admitted, startups will go through an orientation session to familiarize themselves with the incubation center’s facilities, resources, and program structure. Startups will also meet with their assigned mentors and advisors.
  7. Start of the Incubation Journey
    With access to co-working spaces, mentorship, funding assistance, and other incubation services, startups can begin their journey at GGGIC. Our support will continue throughout the program, helping startups achieve critical milestones.

  • Startups in the early stages (ideation, prototype) or those seeking to scale.
  • Founders who are passionate and committed to growing their venture.
